Support areas we focus on include preventive maintenance, continuous
improvement of equipment availability and upgrade programs to increase
system performance and longevity.
Technical ExpertiseMatriX Technologies offer comprehensive technical support for all areas
of automated x-ray inspection (MXI/AXI) and process control. The MatriX
team can help you achieve maximum system performance,
both in terms of accuracy and availability.
Service ContractsMatriX Technologies offer service agreements that can be adapted to the
individual needs of each customer. Service agreements can include hotline
support, preventive maintenance, guaranteed spare part stock and emergency
shipments, on-site service with guaranteed response times, a. s. o.
Hardware and software trainings are also offered and take place frequently.
Support Policy for the CXI and MV AXI SeriesIn February 2004 MatriX Technologies started a specific CXI 3600 and MV6100 support program for the former NIS product line, including a part exchange and support program, with the goal of providing full spare part avail- ability and support capability for at least five more years.
At the same time, MatriX Technologies successfully estab- lished a CXI 3600 retrofit and upgrade program geared towards improved system performance and reliability.
